What to expect...

My teaching style focuses mainly on enjoyment and learning to play the piano or guitar without the stress of exams. Of course, music theory and practice are included. I also like to emphasize the power of music and the positive effect it can have on your life. Lessons taken with Studio Allegro will hopefully be an enjoyable and life-enriching experience. Piano Lessons

When you sign up for my Piano Lessons, you can be assured of plenty of individual attention and focus. Lessons are structured around what you would like to play as well as learning the important elements of music theory that will enable you to play with passion.

ONLINE and IN-PERSON lessons

Online lessons are offered to students who are anywhere in the world - whether it is close by or far away. It is also a convenient method of teaching for those students who are unable to get to an in-person lesson.

In-person lessons are offered for those students who live in Edenvale and surrounding areas in Johannesburg, South Africa.

A Little About Me

I have been teaching people of all ages for over 30 years. I have always been passionate about music and thoroughly enjoy sharing my love of the piano and guitar with others. I thrive on seeing the growth in my music students as they discover what they can achieve. I am also a registered music therapist, so the well-being of my students is important to me and I have experience of working with those who have special needs.
